These CDs move you gently from alpha to deep delta state , the state you are in when you sleep . Now, one thing you can do and this is what I do , because it works, is to use these CDs as a preparation for astral projection , when you do an astral projection exit , you need to be in delta state therefore these CDs provide excellent aid for this purpose. They are not expensive and they work well. The technology used by the CDs consist to use sound frequency pulses rates mixed with music . I particularly appreciate the 3D sound rendering , if you have quality headphone , it is very nice to listen to that .

Another binaural beat based CD . This CD is really the companion for the ESP student . The track has positive affirmation but they aren’t disturbing , I have not noticed any change of behavior or any improvement of any sort after being exposed by these affirmations during months. If you stay calm and do the 100 to 1 relaxation routine , you will quickly achieve theta state . The tracks are good for psychic work because there is no nature sound such as waterfall and others. The tracks are not very musical , it is good for concentration .

MINDTEK HEALING MUSIC SERIES
17 CDs - 1 track per CD – 28 minutes each track

17 CDs this is a lot ? This series is good for the one who are new to relaxation, don’t except to use these CDs for psychic work , may be , to relax before a CRV session (Controlled Remote Viewing) or may be before a divination session. For relaxation these are very good , they move your emotions and calm your mind, but not in the magnitude of the Theta Meditation CD .
