Here is a few tips specially useful for the beginner into ERV.

Tip 1 . Learn relaxation and meditation

The regular practice of relaxation and meditation will greatly help your intuitive perception.

A technique you can do to relax yourself is to sit comfortably and think of a quiet pleasant memory or make up a fantasy for example imagine beautiful landscape another simple technique you can do is to close your eyes and mentally count backwards from 100 to 1. Focus on the numbers, breath slowly when you reach 1 start breathing a reddish color , followed by the colors orange, yellow , green , blue , indigo and violet.

Tip 2. Practice image streaming

Image streaming is a technique developed by Win Wenger from his book The Einstein Factor. There is two benefit with this technique one it will help you to use and develop both part of your brain left and right and second it will produce the appropriate brainwave optimal for a session you’ll access alpha-theta brainwaves. This is powerful stuff. The technique is describe in the book I mentioned if you are interested to use the technique to improve memory , then you may want to check the image streaming course .

Tip 3. Learn to recognize your hunch

A simple tip to recognize ESP data is to train for it by learning to recognize your intuitive hunch , you can download this free ESP training program for that (this is a Windows 98/XP/2000 software).

Tip 4. Learn dowsing

This is a simple divination method practiced with a pendulum ,it will help you to be more in touch with your inner aspect or higher self and the more you are in touch with your inner aspect the better you will do in remote viewing .
