I am not to knew with my abilities my uncle who has extrodinary abilities told me i have extreme potential but he could not help me so i dont really know how to control my power for to long and it starts to get hot then cold in my house and it becomes really uncomftorbale and people want to know why this happens butcant tell so i need to know what is causing this and how to control it.

When you are in a comfortable state of alpha, focus on your root chakra.  Imagine red bright color and intend to have your chakra balanced. Affirm that your root chakra brings you safety and the ability to provide to yourself.
Move up to your second chakra, imagine the chakra with bright orange light, intend to have your chakra balanced. Affirm that your second chakra brings you self-esteem, emotional wellness, compassion and creativity.
Continue the same process with the other chakras. Make sure that you know the psychological aspects of the chakras for your affirmations. When you arrive at the Ajna chakra (third eye) .
Affirm that your third eye is seeing and perceiving more clearly and developing your inner vision.
When you are done move up to the next chakra.
Now, you have to develop your chakras all in the same session, otherwise, you risk to go out of balance.
In lesson 5, you will receive more instruction for working with the third eye.

It has been so long since I last came to this site and by the looks of it, it's gotten very quiet. So, in true Bostonian nature, I intend (and always do) to stir things up a bit. So, the purpose of this topic is simple. How do we know? How do we know we aren't all crazy? How do we know that we dont't only see what we want to see? What proof have we that clearly says, "we're not crazy, just out of the ordinary." If there is anyone who believes in the extraordinary ability of the human brain it's me, but why do we have these "abilities" if that's what they even are and not the desperate thoughts of those who desire an unobtainable indaviduality? I do not mean to rain on anyone's parade, and call me whatever you wish but do not call me ignorrant. I am a child of science and explaination and it's hard for me to believe in the unexplainable. Don't be confused, I can find it in me to accept that it is unexplainable or whatever but I'd hate to wake up one day in the crazy house.

Clairsentience is an ability to read the feelings and emotions of people, animals, plantes and places. It must be developed with chakra work and energy breathing. You must have awareness about feelings and sensations. The feelings that come to you are not only bad, they are good too like memories, dreams...

As the Corpus Christi Caller reported, Ginther recently took home a cool $10 million in the Texas Lottery's $140 million Extreme Payout, off of a scratch-off ticket. That would be lucky in and of itself, but Ginther seems to operate under different rules when it comes to lottery luck. This was her fourth lottery win, and each one has been for $2 million or more.

Back in 1993, she took home a $5.4 million share of the Lotto Texas jackpot of $11 million, and chose payments of 270 grand (excluding taxes) each year for nearly two decades. Somehow, she didn't win her next lottery until 2006, winning $2 million in the Holiday Millionaire game, a scratch-off game, and opted for a lump sum of $1.5 million. Then, in 2008, she struck gold again, winning $3 million in Millions and Millions, another scratch-off, and did so at Times Market in Bishop, Texas, the same exact store where she got her fourth lottery win.

And her luck doesn't end there. Ginther doesn't even live in Texas. As the Caller reported, her second win came while she was visiting to take care of her father, meaning it's probably safe to assume that her last three wins came while a resident of yes, you guessed it, Las Vegas, where she currently lives.

I am a cyro but ive been meditating and found a way to keep the fluxuations of the temps to my room but it has been very windy in my room even with no fan or air conditioning on so working on that
