Cryokinesis!

  I have found a great succeseful way of performing this.
Incase you don't know what cryokinesis is, it's the abillity to control ice.
My excersis for this:
Picture yourselfFirst of to start.. hold one finger on your third eye ( in between your normal eyes ) and one hand out infront of you..then imagine yourself standing inside of a ice galcier, then imagine yourself sucking in the ice glaciers ki, and picture it flow into your own body, do this untill you feel fine with water.
How to do it:
Bend and formWith your knees bent a bit, and hands in the ki ball position, at your side, near your hip. Now, picture water running over your hands and in between your hands, as if you were running them under a faucet. Feel it out, and extract the water elemental energy. Now, picture the water frosting over, try to hear the sounds of the ice crackling as the water freezes. Picture it freezing little by little, and compiling into a ball of ice between your palms.
Finished
You hands should tingle coldness, if not, try bending your knees more, I was told this opens up chakuras somehow? Or try to concentrate harder and picture yourself more.

1) Stand on 1 foot
2) Tap your right hand' thumb on your chest over and over
3) Point your index finger on your left hand to the left side of your head and twirl it in circles

Now think to yourself these questions:
1) Why do I waste hours reading articles on the internet which were written by corrupted sole proprieterships whom are trying to make gullible kids buy their products via filling their minds with bullshit?
2) Is my hand feeling cold and actually being cold the same thing?  The mind can infact synthesize feelings but cannot actually influence reality without physical force.
3) Should I start focusing more on my academic life and worrying about my future, such as what I want to be and what college I want to go to...

You should then imagine putting your weener in a meat grinder...

After following these steps you should now realise how stupid you are, and should then feel a new energy awaken within you inwhich will help you do something useful in life...

If this doesnt work try it again...it should work eventually.

Um... where did that come from? FYI... I'm not the type to be all "Love and Light" and stuff... but, dude... seriously... you needa watch what you say... there are many younger people on this board.

Also... you shouldn't knock something until you have actually tried it... and if it doesn't work for you... oh well... though, knocking someone else in the manner that you have done is very uncouth, and how you expressed it is even worse.

I’m not too sure what you are trying to prove to yourself with your posts ,why did you join such a message board ?, may be, you are expressing some frustration due to failure in developing psychic abilities ?

You remind me of the case of Dr. Schlitz and Dr. Wiseman, dr. Schlitz did some experiments in remote viewing and wrote about it, with scepticism Dr. Richard Wiseman read the experiment results and tried to reproduce them in his lab unfortunately , he did not work for him, so he concluded that remote viewing is mumbo-jumbo (even thought that it is now in the public knowledge that US intelligence used a group of remote viewers for many years until the end of the cold war, check out info about the Stargate project)

Finally, Dr.Schiltz decided to work with Dr. Wiseman, so Schiltz will have a chance to prove the reality of ESP to Wiseman, they did  experiments ,16 sessions some under the supervision of Wiseman and other under the supervision of Schiltz , in both cases, same lab, same conditions, same protocol, ALL experiments by Dr. Wiseman failed those by Dr. Schiltz succeeded,  it was later determined that the only difference between the two scientists is that Dr. Schiltz believed that remote perception was possible, Dr. Wiseman did not.

This is I  believe the root of your inability to develop ESP. Even Sony Corp. was able to prove the reality of remote perception and other psychic phenomena however, they could not figured out a way to make bucks out of it, so they officially closed their lab.
