Chakra Meditation & Balancing 101 Class

Details: In this class you will learn about the individual chakras, how and where to find them, and how to balance them within yourself. This class will allow you to become more centered, more balanced, and in turn, helping you to become more in touch with your natural gift senses. *Note: This is a 2 day class.

Yes, it was a LOT of fun... so far, we have only done day 1 of 2... the next day is next Tuesday where we will actually do the Chakra meditation... then, a lovers heart meditation, then a telepathic enhancer meditation (connecting the 3rd eye and throats)... and potentially a Bath Time Crystal Chakra Balancing techinique.

In Day 1 we talked about the Chakras (Higher and Lower Crown, 3rd Eye, Throat, Higher & Lower Heart, Soul Center - wh/ really isn't a chakra, Ego Center, Sacral Center, Higher and Lower Roots, and the Hara Lein). We then talked a lot about what each chakra does, colors, what can happened with a "blocked" or over-active Chakra, coorelating crystals (And why Crystals work with their natural vibrations), and some about the Auric layers, and how they can coorelate with the Chakras.

I do have to say that when I first walked in and met some of the people that would be taking the class... I was slightly intimidated as the first lady I met was much older than me... and also has studied meridian lines, and does a Chinese healing technique... though, didn't know much about the way of Chakras.

Overall, it was a GREAT class. I was lucky to have my assistant there... as... honestly, I was VERY nervious... part of the reason was also that I had not taught classes for about 5 years.

Oh, I forgot to mention about another one of my students... which was really kewl. He is a councelor for one of the prisons in the area... and he primarily works with Sex Offenders.

Overall, I have to say I have a great mix of people, with an awesome mix of backgrounds.

So, the 2nd class was AWESOME!

We did the Chakra Meditation from the crown to the lower root... then after that, did a demonstration of the Lovers Heart Chakra meditation, then a Throat/Third Eye Telepathic connection meditation, and also talked about different ways of doing a chakra clearing and meditation in the shower or in the bath tub. It was VERY kewl

It was a A LOT of fun

Very good, do you use some kind of stones/Crystals to enhance telepathic transmission ?

During the class... no, did not show or demonstrate it with any stones/crystals... though, you could totally use amethyst, cat's eye, tiger's eye... etc.

Eh, I've had trouble with crystals.  All they do is hinder me.  I have a quartz crystal that has started to actually turn into amethyst but it just makes stuff harder for me.  It completely blocked all outside flowing energy from reaching me.  For example, for two days at school I felt this weird flow of energy (never found out where it came from) and I was able to actually "grab" it.  I don't know how I did it exactly, but it did make my arm hurt and get sore.  I tried bringing my crystal to school with me, thinking it would help me in some way, but with it I wasn't able to feel that energy flow anymore.  It was gone, and I've only recently just begun to faintly feel it again.  I'd really like to find out where it came from, but thanks to my stupid crystal, all it did was mess me up!

Hum... I'm not sure if what I'm thinking is correct... though, maybe with having the crystals on you pushed the "nasty" energy away during the time you had it there... though, it is possible for crystals to mess up your senses with improper use of a crystal. It's hard to say which happened to you.

Just curious... which crystals/stones did you have on you when the energy wasn't there?

I have a quartz crystal that is slightly purple as it started turning into amethyst a while back but stopped for some reason, and hematite in my class ring ('07, w00t!), but I don't think it was the hematite because it never did anything like that before, and I've been wearing it for months.  I only just yesterday stopped wearing it because the stone is cracked and I don't want to damage it anymore.  Do you think it might be because my crystal is part amethyst or because I had both the crystal and the hematite in my ring?

Yes... possibly the two combined. Quartz/Amythest amplify power/energy... hence, could have energetically made you brighter, hence, attracting a negative type energy into the area.

Hematite attracts, then absorbes negative energy... hence also why it cracked. Hematite MUST be energetically cleaned on a regular basis, as hematite will get full, and then the negative energy that was absorbed into the stone starts to affect its surrounds (i.e. you). Do not use salt or salt/water on hematite as it will corrod it (as it's iron based). Also, from what my understanding with hematite is when it breaks, is that the negative energy that was obsorbed, is then released, or at least a good portion of it... hence why it breaks. Now, I do not know that first hand, as I've never had hematite crack or break on me (I regularly clean mine).

To clear hematite... create a bubble like shielding around the piece of hematite (just like you would do to create the initial steps of a shielding around yourself). Intent the shielding that nothing negative can come out of the shielding structure. Make sure the structure is solid and stable. After that is complete, push the bubble shielding down past through the hematite, allowing the shielding structure to contain all the negative energy, hence stripping it from the hematite. Push the structure as far down inside of the earth as possible so the earth may recycle the energy into something neutral. You may have to do this a few times depending on how attached the negative energy is within the hematite.

   Wow.  I had no idea...  It must have absorbed a lot of negative energy to do that.  I think most of it came from the stress because of all the stuff I had to do to make sure I'll be graduating and from my parents' recent fighting/arguing.  It's probably more the latter because my parents have never been this bad before.  They're actually getting marriage counseling now, which is something they've never had to do before.  Speaking of which, today was their 21st anniversary, and since they've been getting along much better now that they started counseling, they went out on a chartered ship for a fishing trip.  They had a lot of fun and managed to bring home almost enough fish to last us a week .  Well, with that aside, unless you think I should do otherwise I think I'll just start leaving my ring at home until I learn how to clean it and/or get a new stone set in it because I don't know how to do that bubble shielding thing yet.  Anyways, I will try the crystal again just to see how that works out, and if it helps I'll carry with me all the time.
