I started to be interested in the heart centered lifestyle, because I was forced into it. heart chakra major crisis.
I started to talk about that on my blog back in 2004 , see early post at
http://www.psychic101.com/blogAfter the crisis, I realized I had something to do, I turned to beings who taught me about soul and love.
I learned a lot of techniques and meditations to awaken my heart center. The approach is different than the one at Ideasgasms but it is a very valid too.
Back in 2004/2005, I was more concerned with the spiritual aspect of a heart centered lifestyle for instance, I will meditate to the point I reach a plane where I can receive more directly the solar light (love energy) into my chakras and radiates to people who need that.(Children in third world countries for example or preteens sex slaves group)
I did a lot of Oneness meditation, in fact, when I finish this post, I may go do just that, this a meditation where you feel one with everything in existence. (to do this meditation your crown must be open, however doing it with your crown chakra closed may open it after a while, awakening your heart center (crown,heart,solar plexus, will cause the other chakra to balance however it is no shortcut, it can take months or a year or may never achieve it, if dont do it seriously).
I ended my relationship with my soul mate in early 2006, so I had time to explore things I ignored , that why I write more about relationship these days, I have a focus on that, since I m not in a relationship anymore. The Ideasgasms newsletter also was an inspiration because he was talking about things I knew but with a very different language than the beings I work with.
