Radiating Love - the AH mantra

yesterday, I started to work with the AH mantra along with the OM mantra.
It was great, while the OM is still better for me to direct the Love energy, the AH mantra
seems to activate something in my heart center.

Litterature claims that the AH mantra help to feel compassion, I do not know about that but sure
it affect the heart center in a deep way. I will expand on that later in my blog when I will have done a few
more sessions with the AH mantra. I will also experiment with another the AH-EL-I-O (I got it from the Lahuna Huffines book, bridge of light)
