Hi, I am new to this site and refining my skills, I am very Clairsentience.  I often see things before they come with very little warning.  I get this bad feeling in my gut, does anyone else here?

Clairsentience is an ability to read the feelings and emotions of people, animals, plantes and places. It must be developed with chakra work and energy breathing. You must have awareness about feelings and sensations. The feelings that come to you are not only bad, they are good too like memories, dreams...
I think if you want to develop this kind of gift you must practice some form of psychi protection like the lesser banishing ritual of pentagram and Ross Cross Ritual. Try Donald Michael Kraig with Modern Magick. Please find books aout from some famous authors, don't practice something that you read on internet expecially if you beginner. Try Dick Sutphen.
