I think i can control weather. The reason i think this is because when i meditate outside the wind picks up quickly. Another thing is when hurricane gustav was going through the gulf and i thought about the hurricane hooked and missed by a few hundred miles. So can anyone tell me if i did or not?

It is called atmoskinesis where you can control the weather. You should look it up.
