You might wanna check out program called I-Doser...
It's a program that generates specific sounds in order to affect brain waves. Some things worked for me, some things didn't...

I managed to Lucid Dream with it, get high (like marijuana thingy) Tongue, fix my mood and similar stuff, easily get into few different mind states (Alfa, Beta, Theta,...) ... And it can easy meditation

I think that's about it
