hey there I am Donna and i have been practising witchcraft for not long now ... my fave subject is tarot cards as i seem to have a knack for them ... i am here really to learn about astral projection and how to do it ... so i need to learn about focus 10!! any help would be gr8 Smiley

HI Donna,

Welcome, OOBe doesnt necessarly require to know about Focus 10, there has been a confusion between PHASING and OOBE.
If you want to explore other reality in a extra lucid dream kind of way this is PHASING this start to Focus 10 , 21
If you want the dramatic experience of seemly leaving your physical body then this is OOBE , check out a book called Astral Dynamic by Robert Bruce, it talks well about genuine OOBE
