I have attached a link to the video of the technique to give a better visual. This is a good second step when you feel comfortable with your psi wheel. This utilizes the left right motion you practice using psi wheel however in a diferent application. I hope the description of the technique on the video is helpfull to people who wish to learn this technique. Regards
