Pyrokinesis

I've been working with psi balls for a while now and I can make a small psi ball within seconds and now im looking for help on working with pyrokinesis. My psi balls are already warm but I was looking for any excersises to make them hotter. Thanks

Try putting one hand around another, and making one psiball in another over and over... try to keep the volume always same, so that construct becomes denser and denser... while doing that, try heating it up as much as you can
