PLEASe help im trying to make a PSI ball.i really am......but i cant see it.....i really want to see it.........and suggestons? i reveiwed my beleifs and as far as i know i really do beleive in the PSI balls......oh and when you create a PSI ball, is there any sound you will hear if your eyes are closed?i have a tough time focosing too BYE!

A mental block is nothing but a fear, over come it, and you shall demolise that thought, or block. a phobia, would be a mental block.
Fear of loveing agian would be a mental block, in this case. He has a strange feeling that it wont happen, even if you have the littlest doubt, it will not be visible. Which is why you must trust, if it works, or not
say to your self, there is a psi ball, over and over. then try to make it happen, close your eyes even if it helps and picture the psi ball forming, opening.
and with a fear of heights, picture yourself falling from a cliff, a high cliff, and always land on your feet.

To see your psiball, you should make it flare. You should go to Psipog.net it has tons of instructions on psiball and such....
