One of the advice in the book is to pay attention to the way we feel because the way we feel tell us what we are creating for us.
About the law of attraction the book says : whatever you are giving your attention to causes you to emit a vibration, and the vibrations that you offer equal your asking, which equals your point of attraction.

Usually, the way you feel will tell you if you are attracting or repelling what you want in your life, basically, you have to make an effort to feel good about what you want; doing this will attract your desires faster in your life.

You get what you think about whether you want it or not basically your common thoughts are your creating, changing your common thoughts will help you greatly; you are attracting what you want, when what you want become your common thoughts.

The book insists that the law of attraction works whether you understand it or not.

The manifesting method of the book is a 3 steps process:

Step 2 – The answer is given

Step 3 – The answer, which has been given, must be received or allowed , you have to let it in.

We can only have in our life what we accept what we don’t accept we cannot have.
Overcoming resistance to receiving will be for most people the most difficult part, in my experience you do that by changing your common thoughts and by deliberately feeling goods about the things you want to attract. In the book they recommend to work with your feelings and emotions to overcome resistance.

…Your emotions do not create, but they indicate what you are currently attracting.

According to the book the most important question is how to align yourself with the vibrations of the things you want to manifest.

Answer : you pay attention to the way you feel, and deliberately choose thoughts – about everything-  that feel good to you when you think them.

You might feel you lie to yourself when you start that process, you find yourself filled with doubts however doubt is only your mind evaluating new ideas and concepts and comparing them to the old ones.
