Having an out of body experience is definitively not a complicated thing. People fail not because of lack of technical knowledge but because fear and not allowing it to happen. You might have heard of an energy therapy called EFT.
EFT has been used successfully to heal psychological and physical problems. It has also been helpful to remove limiting beliefs. In practise EFT is a kind of acupressure that use tapping on certain energy points of the body. You can learn EFT for free at

free manual at Emofree. Once you are familiar enough you will be able to use it to remove any psychological block you might have that prevent you to have an out of body experience. Alternatively you can use an affirmation that you repeat over and over to cement the belief that it is safe to travel out of body.
Technique:
Remove all jewellery, watch or metal object you have on you and lie down comfortably on your bed.
1 – Relaxation is very important, the goal is to have your body asleep and your mind awake in order to achieve that you can use a
binaural beats CD but it will not work alone, you will need to do something, such progressive muscle relaxation or autogenic training.
2 – Once you are a bit relaxed it will be important to deepen the relaxation count slowly backward from 100 to 1.
3 – Imagine a beam of energy coming from the center of the earth (also called the Planetary Logo in esoteric text) the energy enter your feet and go up to the top of your head and surround you in a cocoon, imagine a beam of energy coming from space (the solar light) this energy enter through your head and imagine it filling your entire body this energy exit from your feet and form a second layer of energy around you.
4 – Now you are in your protective energy cocoon use your affirmation such as :
I’m now ready to safely travel out of body or whatever again deepen the relaxation take a few deep breathes.
5 – if you aren’t relaxed enough, tell to each of your muscles group that they are relaxed and asleep like the muscles in my neck are relax and fall asleep, my cheeks are relaxed and fall asleep, my forehead is relaxed and fall asleep, etc…you get the idea, you should go to the point where your mind generate dream-like pictures, it will be a sure indication that you are bordering sleep state and ready to go out of your body.
6 – if your body is asleep and your mind is awake the blackness at front of your eyes will take a more 3D or velvet looks, try to explore this blackness, it is not necessary to have the vibrations so often talked about. Exploring the 3D blackness is helping to move you away from your body, now, you can will to go the toilet. Usually when we are asleep and we want to go to the toilet we wake up automatically right ? Here, your body is asleep you just to will it this action without the body, this might help to push you out of body.
Note: My personal experience with this is that after the 3D blackness exploration I will switch into a lucid dream like state or environment from there I just have to have will to travel out of body, the lucid dream environment will vanish and I will feel the sensation of movement. The above technique is just example of what you can try the main barrier is in the belief system once you do not have limiting belief and twisted ideas about out of body travel then they will be easy and do not worry you will not be abducted by a two-head red demon.
